Privacy Policy:
It is the Southeastern Cooperative Educational Programs’ (SECEP) policy that personal information about individuals will be collected only to the extent necessary to provide the service or benefit desired; that only appropriate information will be collected; that the individual shall understand the reason the information is collected and be able to examine their personal record which is maintained by the agency.

Title IX Compliance Policy Statement:

In accordance with Title IX and its regulations, SECEP prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation against students and employees on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender, and gender identity.  Complaints or concerns regarding discrimination based on sex, sexual violence, or sexual harassment will be addressed by the Title IX Coordinators, at the SECEP Administrative Office, 6160 Kempsville Circle Suite 300B Norfolk, VA 23502.  Christopher C. Old old.christopher@secep.net and Dr. Marice Minor minor.marice@secep.net jointly serve as SECEP’s Title IX Coordinators.  The Title IX Coordinators will investigate all complaints and concerns to determine if a formal investigation is necessary.  During the investigative process, the Title IX Coordinators will implement supportive and non-punitive measures.  The “Final Rule” of Title IX seeks to ensure that discrimination and sexual harassment complaints (students and staff) are conducted in a transparent and equitable manner for both parties.  Click here to submit a report of suspected sexual discrimination/harassment/violence
