Robert J. Avery - Technology Systems Manager

Bob joined SECEP in 2003 and has since driven major initiatives to modernize and upgrade information systems. Prior to joining SECEP he served as a Systems Engineer for Virginia Beach City Public Schools; as IS Assistant Manager for the Virginia Beach Commissioner of the Revenue; and as Manager of Campaign Services for the Hon. Owen Pickett. Bob holds several industry standard certifications from Microsoft, Novell, and CompTIA.

Chris Crawford - Systems Administrator

Chris joined SECEP in 2004 and has been a major asset to the organization in the implementation of a wide variety of projects. Prior to joining SECEP Chris was a Network Administrator for Virginia Beach City Public Schools; and for the Commonwealth of Virginia as an environmental scientist. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Wesleyan College.

Shane Belcher - Network Administrator

Shane joined SECEP in 2007 and brings a wealth of experience to us. He started with Virginia Beach Public Schools 13 years ago as a COE student and has worked in data operations, as a network technician, and as a network administrator.

Randall Baker - Field Service Engineer

Randy joined SECEP in 2004, and has brought a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the organization. Before coming here he served as a Network Technician for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, and for 24 years he served with the United States Navy as an electronics shop manager. He holds a bachelor's degree from Regents University of the State of New York.

Eric Donigan - Field Service Engineer

Eric joined SECEP in 2007. Prior to joining SECEP he worked as a field technician for Electronic Systems and in printer repair from NPS. Eric also served with the United States Marine Corps.
